Bashar’s words on the Sacred Circuits:

"Meditate three days in a row, one card at a time, one minute per card, in order 1 through 15, for fifteen minutes. And as you simply gaze and ponder and allow your mind to drift and just absorb the idea of the shape, just absorb the idea of the attendant concept without thinking, without analyzing. Just let it in. Just gaze at it. Just let your eyes be the true windows to your soul, your spirit, your mind and everything else. Allow yourselves the opportunity to just sit with these shapes and know that as you do so, what they are doing is that they are specifically designed to allow the neurological circuitry in your brain to rewire itself, to be representative of each and every one of these symbolic shapes, so that it may function in accord with the concept that is attendant to this shape and overall, over the course of these first 15 allow you to more holistically function in a hyper connected, hyper conductive associative accessing way to knowledge information about yourself, about the cosmos, about all that is in whatever way, shape or form is appropriate for you as an individual aspect of creation."

After the initial 3-day practice:

• Choose cards in any order that calls to you.
• Focus on single or multiple cards, find your power chords.
• Maintain approximately 15 minutes per session.
• Consider drawing the symbols yourself to deepen the connection.

Bashar also goes on to say that after the initial 3 days of suggested usage, you may then gaze on the cards in whichever order calls to you. You may choose just a single card to meditate with, or a few, it is your choice. He still suggests staying around the 15 minute mark. Another suggestion is that you can draw the symbols for yourself as this will help accelerate the connection between you and the symbols. Do not be overly concerned with getting the shapes "perfect" as long as they have the general resemblance of form. The act of drawing them with your pen, finger or mind helps ground this practice and strengthens the pathways to support the growth to come.

The meditation includes a visual breathing guide following a "4-2-4" pattern:

This simple yet profound exercise helps connect you to your body and optimize your system for high-vibration practices.

There is a visual prompt running throughout this meditation, overlaying a colour pattern on the glyphs. It is an additional layer of the meditation that is available for those called to use it. The breathing pattern is” 4-2-4 ” or “breathe in - hold - breathe out”, where the numbers represent seconds. This is a profound and simple exercise that will help you connect to your body as you practice this meditation daily. A well oxygenated system is better suited to high vibration practices, plus it may help synchronize your whole being as you gaze at the circuitry. If you find this pace too fast you may try slowing the pattern across two cycles.
